In this article, we will discuss about the business prospects and financial performance of the Company and based on our discussion and analysis will tell you the Injecto Polymers Share Price Target 2026, 2030, 2035 and 2040.
Discussion & Analysis of Business & Financial performance with future business prospects of Injecto Polymers Ltd:
Injecto Polymers Ltd is a West Bengal-based manufacturer of flexible and industrial plastic packaging products. Incorporated in 1998, the company manufactures polypropylene (PP) woven fabrics and bags, Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BoPP) bags, leno bags, pouches, FIBC bags and non-woven bags. These products cater to agriculture, fertilizers, food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, cement, steel, construction and consumer goods. The company also undertakes trading of plastic granules and PVC resins, giving it an additional revenue stream.
The company’s financial performance has shown strong expansion in recent years. Revenue increased from about ₹109 crore in FY2024 to ₹262 crore in FY2025 and approximately ₹376 crore in FY2026. Net profit also increased from around ₹4.5 crore in FY2024 to ₹8.1 crore in FY2025 and ₹15.7–16 crore in FY2026. This indicates significant growth in both scale and profitability, although margins remain relatively modest for a manufacturing business.
An important feature of the current business is the combination of manufacturing and trading. In FY2025, manufacturing revenue grew substantially, while trading revenue also increased sharply. During 9MFY26, manufacturing contributed around 51% of total operating income compared with 47% in FY2025, while CARE Ratings reported improvement in the PBILDT margin to 11.49%.
The company completed its IPO in September 2026 and listed on the BSE SME platform. The IPO proceeds are intended partly for repayment/prepayment of borrowings and partly for capital expenditure toward Phase IV expansion at its existing Unit-I facility. This expansion could increase production capacity and provide a foundation for further revenue growth.
Future Business Prospects
The long-term prospects of Injecto Polymers will depend largely on the growth of industrial and agricultural packaging demand, capacity utilisation and its ability to increase the contribution from higher-value manufactured products. Its diversified product portfolio and presence across several end-user industries can reduce dependence on a single market. Food-grade certification and ISO quality certifications may also support customer retention and expansion into quality-sensitive applications.
However, investors should monitor polymer raw-material price volatility, working-capital requirements, customer concentration, competition and debt levels. The company also relies on external suppliers for important polymer inputs, meaning sudden increases in raw-material prices can pressure margins. CARE Ratings reported average working-capital utilisation of about 80.76% during the 12 months ended December 2025.
Overall, Injecto Polymers is transitioning from a relatively small packaging manufacturer into a larger organised packaging business. Continued capacity expansion, stronger manufacturing revenues and disciplined working-capital management could support further growth, while maintaining margins and controlling leverage will remain important factors for its future performance.
